With our Stansted meet and greet, your driver is waiting for you inside the arrivals hall with a name board, ready to take your bags to the car. It costs £10 on top of the fare, and you add it in the booking form.
How a Stansted pickup works
- You book with your flight number. The fare is fixed when you book.
- We track the flight. If it lands early or late, the driver’s timing changes with it.
- Your free waiting starts at landing. You have 60 minutes from touchdown to get through passport control, baggage reclaim and customs before any waiting charge could apply.
- Your driver meets you inside arrivals. With meet and greet added, they hold a board with your name.
- You walk to the car together, and the driver handles the parking and any airport charges. Those are already included in the fare.

When meet and greet is worth adding
- First visit to Stansted, or to the UK. A face holding your name removes the guesswork.
- Travelling with children or older relatives, when you want help with bags from the moment you come through.
- Business arrivals, where you want to step out and go.
If you are a regular visitor and happy to meet your driver without a board, the standard pickup still includes the driver meeting you inside arrivals.

- Child seats are £10 each; ask for them in the booking notes.
