How to find out which terminal you need
- Check your booking confirmation or e-ticket. Most airlines show the departure terminal.
- Look at your boarding pass once you’ve checked in online.
- Check the airline’s website or app for the latest information, especially if your flight was changed.
- Use the flight number. Gatwick’s own flight information shows the terminal for each departure and arrival.

What if you go to the wrong terminal?
It happens more often than you’d think, and it’s usually easy to fix. The North and South Terminals are linked by a free shuttle train that runs frequently and takes only a few minutes. If you’ve been dropped at the wrong one, head for the inter-terminal shuttle signs and allow a little extra time. The easiest way to avoid it is to give us your flight number when you book. Your driver will then take you to the terminal your flight is actually using.
North vs South Terminal for arrivals
When you land, you’ll come out at your airline’s terminal, and that’s where your driver will meet you.
